Well, the coughing hasn't stopped, so today was kick it out of my system day. 60 minutes of mixed cardio (elliptical, then a "mini" duathlon (treadmill, stationary bike, treadmill), and stair climber got me warmed up for chest and triceps. I'm starting to feel my body get used to the transition of low weight high reps. The most frustrating thing about having bad bronchitis is that physically I don't feel bad (no aches, no pain, no fever, no headache), but the damn coughing is driving me nuts.
