March already! My, how the past month of training has flown by. Another good day in the gym- spinning on the bike to work out the kinks and stiffness from my "mini-duathlon" yesterday. I'm finding it has been an easy transition to the low-weight, high-reps with the weightlifting (not to mention the reduction of strain on the lower back).


This week has also been crazy with lacrosse- a game on Monday, a game tomorrow, and two games on Saturday, with another 4 games next week. Our training for this weekend has been moved to Sunday, as there is a Yard Sale at the Leukemia and Lymphoma office on Saturday morning. We are scheduled for 30 in Weston(totally flat) for Sunday. Depending on how I feel after a full day in the direct sun coaching on Saturday, I may or may not do that ride.
