No ride today. It has not been a good past couple of days. First, 7-0 whipping of my lacrosse team on Thursday night. However, just when you think you're having a bad day, someone else is having a worse day. I returned to my car to find text messages from Gabie, the first stating that the call came that her Grandmother in Nicaragua was dying and that her mother was vomiting she was so upset, then another 40 minutes later informing me that her grandmother had passed away. Hence, we have decided to keep Sunday as Day of Rest today. That, combined with the fact that I am fried from the sun yesterday, plus mentally drained after coaching the Junior High Lacrosse Team then a JV Lacrosse Team woodshed whipping of 22-0.
